When to consult a doctor
Adenofrin is a nutraceutical food supplement: it does not replace the diagnosis or treatment of your urologist or general physician. For clinical situations, kindly approach your healthcare professional directly, especially if you are taking alpha-blockers (tamsulosin, alfuzosin), 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors (finasteride, dutasteride), oral anticoagulants (acenocoumarol, warfarin, apixaban) or if you have an elevated PSA pending evaluation. For urological emergencies (acute urinary retention, severe pelvic pain with fever, haematuria), kindly call the emergency helpline (102) or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

Consumer rights under Indian law
As an end consumer residing in India you are protected by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which replaced the 1986 Act and introduced the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) along with the District, State and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions. For complaints under INR 50 lakh, the District Commission with jurisdiction over your place of residence or where the cause of action arose has the authority to hear the matter (Section 34 of the Act). The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 additionally mandate transparent display of grievance officer details, return and refund policies, and a maximum 30-day grievance redressal window. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 (toll-free) or file an online complaint on the INGRAM portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Grievance officer and data protection
In accordance with Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), our designated grievance officer can be contacted at support@adenofrin.net. We respond to all grievances within 24 working hours and resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules timeline. For unresolved data protection complaints, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once notified, or in the interim, the adjudicating officer designated under Section 46 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. GST registration details (GSTIN format 27XXXXXXXXXXX1Z5 for Maharashtra) are available on the invoice provided with each shipment.

We dispatch across all 28 States and 8 Union Territories of India through reputable courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Xpressbees, India Post Speed Post). Typical doorstep delivery timelines: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Ahmedabad and Surat — 2-3 working days; Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Lucknow — 3-4 working days; Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore — 3-4 days; Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati and the North-East — 4-6 days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities (Indore, Bhopal, Patna, Ranchi, Vijayawada, Madurai, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram) typically receive within 4-5 working days. Common questions during the confirmation call: (1) When can I expect the courier — within the working hours of the respective courier company, as per the rider's route. (2) Can I pay by card or UPI — currently we accept only Cash on Delivery in INR; UPI/Card payment at door is offered by select couriers as their own value-added service. (3) What if I am not home — the courier shall attempt redelivery the next working day, or leave a notice for pickup from the branch. (4) How many packs should I order — daily dose is 1 capsule; one pack covers about a one-month course; for optimal results we recommend a 2-3 month course.
